1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SHRD ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SHRD is a ride-sharing coordination platform that helps users find other riders heading in the same direction. The App facilitates:

• Discovery of nearby users with similar routes
• Communication between matched users
• Fare estimation and cost splitting calculations

Important: SHRD does not provide transportation services. We are a coordination tool that helps users find each other. Users are responsible for arranging their own transportation (taxi, ride-share, etc.).

3. Eligibility

To use SHRD, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid phone number for verification
• Be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement

4. User Accounts

4.1 Registration

You must register using a valid phone number. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us of any unauthorized use

4.2 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate another person
• Use the App while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs
• Engage in discriminatory behavior
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Attempt to circumvent safety features
• Use the App to facilitate criminal activity

6. Safety and Liability

6.1 Your Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

• You use SHRD at your own risk
• You are responsible for your own safety when meeting other users
• You should verify the identity of users you meet
• You should meet in public, well-lit areas
• You should inform someone of your plans

6.2 No Guarantee of Safety

While we provide features like user ratings, blocking, and reporting, we cannot guarantee the behavior of other users. SHRD does not conduct background checks on users.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHRD and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from use of the App
• Actions or conduct of other users
• Loss of data or service interruptions

7. Cost Estimates

The fare estimates provided in the App are for informational purposes only. Actual taxi fares may vary based on:

• Traffic conditions
• Route taken by the driver
• Time of day (night rates)
• Taxi company pricing

SHRD is not responsible for any discrepancy between estimated and actual fares.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by SHRD and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your data.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. If unresolved, mediation in Budapest, Hungary
3. If still unresolved, binding arbitration under Hungarian law

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
