Need help with SHRD? Start with the questions below — if you can't find an answer, the developer reads every message sent through the in-app feedback or to the contact email.
The matching radius is 1 km and only users who have actively started looking within the last 15 minutes appear. If you're in a low-density area or it's off-peak, the list will be empty. The feature works best in cities with active users.
Check your signal and confirm the country code matches your phone number. If you still don't receive it after 60 seconds, tap Resend. Carrier delays of 1–2 minutes are normal in some regions.
Location is the core of the matching feature — we can't suggest nearby riders without knowing where you are. Location is only collected while you actively have Start looking enabled, and auto-expires after 15 minutes of inactivity. See the Privacy Policy for details.
SHRD estimates the route distance and applies a base fare plus a per-kilometer rate. The total is divided between riders based on where each person is dropped off. The app shows a recommended split — settlement happens between riders, not through SHRD.
Yes. After a ride, when rating the other rider, tap Block. Blocked users won't see you in their nearby list and you won't see them. The block is bidirectional and permanent (until you unblock from the same screen).
From the rating screen after a ride, tap Report and choose one of the reasons (didn't pay, inappropriate behavior, no show, safety concern, or other). Reports are confidential and reviewed manually.
